Shipping Information

At NabiAura Jewelry, we aim to deliver your order to your door as quickly as possible. Normally we will ship your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will begin carefully preparing and packing your items for shipment.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. We aim to offer fair and transparent rates so that you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.
  • Delivery times: For items in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 2 business days after your order is shipped. This is an estimated delivery time only for shipping to addresses in the Netherlands. For other countries shipping could take longer. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Delivery: Your parcel will be sent to the delivery address provided when placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation containing a Track & Trace code once your order has been dispatched. Please note that all orders are shipped via PostNL.

Returns Information

At NabiAura Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

  • Return Conditions: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit statement, for example by sending us an email or using the withdrawal form, within 14 days of receiving your order.
    After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision.
    Products should be returned in good condition, with reasonable care taken when handling them. Please include a copy of your delivery note or invoice, if available.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or the law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend using a track&trace shipping service so that you can monitor the progress of your return.
  • Refunds: Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

    We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
    Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any refund fees.
