Welcome to NabiAura Jewelry. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website or place an order. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the NabiAura Jewelry website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Products and Prices
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
Materials, finishes, dimensions, and care information are stated in each product description. Natural variations may occur in products featuring stones or handcrafted elements.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is completed.
We may change prices or discontinue products. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that product.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist you if a delivery problem occurs.
Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay local import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These costs are not included unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal function available on our website or contact us at info@nabiaura.nl within the 14-day withdrawal period.

You may inspect a product only as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
We will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.
The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@nabiaura.nl and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights and legal guarantee remain fully applicable. If a product is defective or does not match its description, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
7. Jewelry Care
Please follow the care instructions on our Care & Materials page and in each product description.
Normal changes caused by wear, improper care, or avoidable contact with chemicals may not be considered manufacturing defects. This does not limit your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not match its description.
8. Intellectual Property
The texts, logo, graphics, and original images on this website belong to NabiAura Jewelry or are used with permission from their respective owners.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also retain any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
